She has rights of audience before the AIFC Court.

  • Represented a private company in a dispute with the AIFC regulator concerning restrictions on its activities within the jurisdiction.
  • Represented a Kazakh company in proceedings on recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments before the AIFC Court.
  • Representing a major broker in a dispute with former individual clients.
  • Representing a consortium in a claim to set aside an interim jurisdictional award issued by a sole arbitrator of the AIFC International Arbitration Centre.
  • Representing a Kazakhstani company in anti-suit injunction proceedings.
