ON MAY 13 - 14, 2022 TUKULOV & KASSILGOV LITIGATION HELD A DISPUTE RESOLUTION FORUM WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE "ASTANA LEGAL FORUM 2022"

On May 13 - 14, 2022 "Tukulov & Kassilgov Litigation" held a Dispute Resolution Forum as part of "Astana Legal Forum 2022".

Bakhyt Tukulov moderated sections on the latest trends in litigation in Kazakhstan, trends in the Civil Procedure Code, as well as on the resolution of disputes in certain areas of law.

Ravil Kassilgov moderated section on the latest trends in the Administrative Procedure Code.

Nataliya Shapovalova spoke on dispute resolution in intellectual property.

The Forum was also attended by Rustam Zhursunov (Business Ombudsman of Kazakhstan), Aidyn Bikebayev (Chairman of the Republican Bar Association of Kazakhstan), Aibek Amangeldin and Maksat Sembin (judges of the Nur-Sultan Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court), Shamshildin Tolkyn (judge of the Saryarka District Court of Nur-Sultan), and other prominent lawyers of Kazakhstan.
