Valikhan Shaikenov has been accepted into the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) Panel of Arbitrators, a distinguished group of 55 stellar arbitration practitioners with significant expertise in arbitration and award-drafting. TIAC, known for its zero-admin fee and top-class arbitrators, offers efficient dispute resolution services in the CIS and beyond.

Recently, on September 19, 2022, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) to implement cross-Institutional arbitration rules. Under the HKIAC/TIAC Rules, HKIAC and TIAC will collaboratively administer arbitrations, showcasing a dynamic approach to resolving disputes.
