On 25 September 2020 Ravil Kassilgov spoke at the Kazakhstan Legal Forum with the topic "Challenging of transactions by tax authorities: some aspects of law enforcement and judicial practice".
In his speech, the author shared his practical experience in protecting the taxpayers in disputes over claims of tax authorities for recognition of transactions as invalid. Ravil has made an assessment of the latest changes in the tax and procedural legislation of Kazakhstan on this issue. Particular attention was paid to the key mistakes that tax authorities make when challenging transactions, and to the latest relevant court practice.
